Guitar Visualizer ("the App") is developed and operated by Juan Negron ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require account creation, login, or any personal information to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
We collect the following anonymous, non-personal data to improve the App:
- Usage Analytics: We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous data about how features are used within the App. This includes which screens are viewed, which features are accessed (e.g., scales, chords, display modes), session duration, and general app interaction patterns.
- Device Information: We collect basic device information such as operating system version, app version, and device platform (iOS). This data is not linked to your identity.
We assign a random, anonymous identifier to each device for analytics purposes. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect photos, contacts, or any data from your device
- We do not collect payment or financial information (all subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store)
- We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies

The anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:
- Understand which features are most popular and useful
- Identify and fix bugs or performance issues
- Improve the App experience for all users
